Keep the commercial job you already have

A rented front end is cheaper than a $90k estimator you do not need every week.

Most residential and storm shops do not lack work. They lack a commercial number they can stand on. The call already came in. They refer it, or they pay 10% of gross to someone who only wants layups, because they do not want to eat a TPO recover that was actually a tear-off.

OnRamp is the desk for that gap. Takeoff when you can price labor yourself. Bid-ready estimate when you cannot. Contractor claim file when the job is insurance-adjacent and you need construction documentation — not a public adjuster.

You keep the owner, the contract, and the material order. We get paid on a statement of work. After two jobs, a monthly retainer is optional. Nobody is locked in.

Launch markets are Colorado and Middle Tennessee. That is enough geography to learn the wage logic and the counters. National is a later sentence.
