Who the customer is
OnRamp Commercial Partners sells a commercial desk to licensed contractors. Fees are quoted after we see the file and written on the SOW between OnRamp and that contractor. The named contractor on the statement of work is the client. We do not take the building owner as a client. We do not bid against the contractor.
What we are not
The client is the licensed contractor on the statement of work. We do not take the building owner as a client and we do not bid against the contractor. Launch states are Colorado and Tennessee. Have counsel licensed in the launch state red-line the MSA before anyone signs.
What you send
Plans, photos, and job notes submitted through the form or emailed to hello@onrampcommercial.com are used to quote and, if you approve, to produce the work product. Do not send an owner’s full policy jacket unless you need it as a reference for a contractor file. We do not quote policy text in deliverables.
What we keep
Name, company, email, phone, market, product requested, notes, and attached files. Netlify processes the form. Email is how we reply. We keep job folders for at least five years or the period counsel sets. We do not sell the list.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run a third-party marketing pixel or ad network. Netlify may keep ordinary server logs and optional server-side traffic stats. The browser stores a session flag for the contractor / branch chooser and the first page you landed on, and the start-a-file / book-desk forms include that path and referrer so we know which page sent the job. You can clear session storage in the browser.
Fees and contracts
Fees are quoted after the file and written on the SOW between OnRamp and the contractor. Work starts when a signed SOW and the applicable fee land. Have construction and insurance counsel licensed in the launch state red-line the MSA and SOW before anyone signs.
